By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including additional policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors of content.

These Terms also govern your use of any future services, content, or digital platforms provided by TRAQ Golf, including mobile applications, email communications, and account-based services.
 
2. Age & Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase our products. By using this site, you confirm you meet the age requirement and accept full responsibility for any use by minor dependents.
 
3. Product Use and Safety Disclaimer
Our products are aerosol-based golf training aids intended for use on golf mats or grass surfaces in outdoor or well-ventilated areas only.
Important Safety Notices:

  • Contents are flammable. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and hot surfaces.

  • Do not puncture or incinerate canister.

  • Avoid inhalation or contact with eyes and skin.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
     

Misuse of this product (e.g., using on hard surfaces, spraying in enclosed areas, applying near ignition sources) may result in serious injury or damage. Use at your own risk.
 
4. Shipping & Regulatory Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations for aerosol products:

  • We only ship to the contiguous United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.

  • Orders violating these restrictions will be cancelled and refunded.


5. Orders, Pricing & Modifications
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Limit purchase quantities per customer, household, or order.

  • Update or discontinue products or services without notice.

 
6. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused items only. Due to the nature of aerosol products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or damaged cans.
Returns must be:

  • In original packaging

  • Shipped at your expense (unless the item was incorrect or defective)
     

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we inspect the return.
 
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including product descriptions, branding, and imagery—is the property of TRAQ Golf. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
TRAQ Golf grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit reproduction, scraping, reverse engineering, or data mining.
 
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRAQ Golf is not liable for any:

  • Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the site or product
     

 Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us in teh three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You expressly waive the protections of California Civil Code § 1542, which states: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the relase …”
 
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRAQ Golf and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the product or website

  • Violation of these Terms or applicable laws

  • Infringement of any third-party rights

 
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles, California.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith mediation in Los Angeles, California. If not resolved, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Rules.
There will be no right to class arbitration or representative actions.
You agree that all disputes must be brought individually, and any claims must be initiated within one (1) year of the event.
