We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully, especially due to the nature of aerosol products.

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In its original packaging
   

To start a return, contact us at info@traqgolf.com with your order number and reason.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used aerosol cans

• Items returned without prior approval

• Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
   

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong item.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos, if possible.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. You may return eligible items and place a new order.
